Ingredients

  • 1 lb Meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 piece garlic
  • Green herbs (amount unspecified)
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1 pint liquid (beer)
  • 1 pint stock/water

Instructions

  1. Chop and fry onions, garlic, and herbs.
  2. Fry meat which has been cut in slices.
  3. When meat is brown, add 1 tablespoon flour.
  4. Add beer and water.
  5. Boil for a while (time unspecified).
