Ingredients
- 1 lb Meat
- 2 onions
- 1 piece garlic
- Green herbs (amount unspecified)

- 1 pint liquid (beer)
- 1 pint stock/water
Instructions
- Chop and fry onions, garlic, and herbs.
- Fry meat which has been cut in slices.
- When meat is brown, add 1 tablespoon flour.
- Add beer and water.
