Carbonnades Flamandes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Meat
- 2 onions
- 1 piece garlic, green herbs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 pints liquid
- 1 pint beer
- 1 pinch of salt or water
Method:
- Chop and fry onions, garlic, and herbs.
- Fry meat slices until brown.
- Add flour and brown for a minute.
- Add beer and water, simmer until smooth.
Saturday (30th)
Menu:
- Potato purée with milk
- Green salad (lettuce with lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt)
- Rub bowls with garlic before serving.

Wiener Schnitzel
Method:
- Thinly slice veal and flatten.
- Dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil.

Ingredients:
- Beef, bacon, onions, tomatoes, garlic, herbs, bay leaf, cloves, pepper, wine, stock.
Method:
- Fry meat and vegetables until brown.
- Add wine, stock, and seasonings.
- Simmer for 5 hours.
Notes:
- Melleril: For anxiety.
