Motor Impairment Test, Ontario, Canada, 1972

January

Monday

Carbonnades Flamandes
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 piece garlic, green herbs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 pints liquid
  • 1 pint beer
  • 1 pinch of salt or water

Method:

  1. Chop and fry onions, garlic, and herbs.
  2. Fry meat slices until brown.
  3. Add flour and brown for a minute.
  4. Add beer and water, simmer until smooth.

Saturday (30th)

Menu:

  • Potato purée with milk
  • Green salad (lettuce with lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt)
  • Rub bowls with garlic before serving.

Notes:

  • Sandostène-Calcium-Sandoz: For food allergies.

Saturday (20th)

Wiener Schnitzel
Method:

  1. Thinly slice veal and flatten.
  2. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices.

Side Dishes:

  • Sautéed potatoes (crispy and dry)
  • Peas (boiled with butter)

Notes:

  • Ferronicum: For post-gastrectomy anemia.

Saturday (16th)

Boeuf en Daube
Ingredients:

  • Beef, bacon, onions, tomatoes, garlic, herbs, bay leaf, cloves, pepper, wine, stock.

Method:

  1. Fry meat and vegetables until brown.
  2. Add wine, stock, and seasonings.
  3. Simmer for 5 hours.

Notes:

  • Melleril: For anxiety.

Hair Setting Tips

Method:

  1. Use wide-tooth comb for detangling.
  2. Section hair into 6 parts for styling.
  3. Use rollers or pins for volume.
  4. Apply setting lotion for hold.

Notes:

  • Belladénal Retard: For nausea.
  • Hydergine: For Raynaud’s disease.
